Foster friendship, co-operation and mutual understanding among the citizens and former citizens of the United States living in Bermuda.

Promote harmonious relationships between Bermudians and U.S. citizens living in Bermuda.

Celebrate certain American National Holidays in keeping with the tradition and spirit of the occasion.

Co-operate with the United States Consul General in the dissemination of information on legislation or other pertinent matters to the members.
